With beautiful new combinations bringing to life you previous Artstyle garments with the addition to these new tunics, lace dresses and stunning new signature creations you will again love all the options we create for you !

Bright whites, Melon reds, navy blues, metal grays’, ivory creams and blacks giving this collection a soft elegant style . Focus is on the shaping and flatter of these fabrics and colours bringing them together as perfect layering pieces or garments that can be worn simply.

As New Zealand women our lives are continually busy from working in all environments from home to office to weekend activities, the demand for a workable wardrobe is huge !

Taking all this into consideration I design and create for the function and comfort that our garments are needed for, but the best part is to make those garments that are so comfortable to wear look stunning!

It doesn’t take many garments in your wardrobe to have a wardrobe that really works for you and that’s my commitment to keep giving edgy creations that mix and match season after season.

A few words from my heart ….

Inspiration behind Instinct

It has been an immense year here in Christchurch and at times the only thing that survives is our instinct which keeps driving us forward in the direction that provides us with hope and strength.

Designing for me has given me a safe place to focus on when the earthquakes have rattled every nerve , being able to create something people can enjoy is what keeps me moving towards that instinctual emotion to inspire and uplift people each day by designing what they wear and how good it makes them feel.

"The New Journey" 2011

‘NEW JOURNEY’ 2011                                           

Looking forward to a new collection is very exciting and also a great time to feel inspired to add new options to your Artstyle wardrobe,

New Journey is our collection for autumn / winter 2011

 It brings to you new tones to accessories the previous colours that Artstyle has produced.

These colours and tones were inspired by the European trend towards neutrals being a sound base for the cooler months ahead

Our feature colour is emerald; it is a stunning tone that will work on both cooler and warmer skins, being composed from a palette that has been worked on and blended to produce this gorgeous wearable colour.

Vanilla cream is our highlight colour; it throws life and softness to our neutral toned garments.

Our new signature licorice colour is a beautiful neutral blend of black, fawn and green

It is a stunning tone to wear with cream, fawn, red, grey or black and will be a wardrobe must have!

Our styles have emerged from the comfort and drape that Artstyle fabrics are known for, new tunics that have been adorned with a resin accessory, lace details or print. These tunics will be fabulous worn with our new pant, blouse, tops, capes and jacket dresses.

The highlight garment for winter is our Cape, beautifully drapes for warmth and style without the heaviness of a coat.

Our Saddle pant will be the pant that flatters this winter season, worn with boots or with a high shoe, be prepared to be admired!!

The Paris blouse is a perfect garment for layering, worn simply on its own or under our tunics to give a stunning sleeve detail to dress up or down for any occasion.

Our new signature print fabric has a durable finish, soft drape and flattering stretch to give not only style but all day comfort.

A few words from my heart

New Journey was inspired by the adventures and challenges that 2010 brought us here in Christchurch.

Experiencing the September Earthquake taught us so much about appreciating the simple pleasures  we took for granted before this event , seeing so much destruction to homes and business brought much thankfulness that despite all  the material breakages our lives were spared .

So this new year brings a new journey of appreciation to our lives, remembering to keep positive in times of uncertainty, appreciating the happy moments that we create each day and most of all to embrace each opportunity as it  leads  each one of us closer to the purpose of where our talents are taking us.

To all that know Artstyle, you are appreciated and the inspiration behind our story.
